Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

Certain items (such as intimate goods, personal care products, or digital downloads) may be non-returnable for hygiene or licensing reasons.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
